Correct Practices On Facial Care To Prevent Dermatitis

By Delbert H. William

Too much cleansing on the face is actually harmful for the skin and it is doubtful if many people know it. Dermatologists will tell you how many people turn up at the clinics with all sorts of skin problems just because they tried to have a glowing skin.

Dermatitis is the scientific name for inflammation that can affect just anybody. It is a condition that is quite common. The symptoms include redness, irritation of the skin which causes itching.

The inflammation disappears on its own but dermatitis is quite unlike eczema and psoriasis which take a lot longer to disappear since they are more chronic. Chronic skin issues are caused by sodium laurel sulfate that is found in most cleansers.

Just note that some cancerous growths are likely to follow prevalent skin inflammation because of their tendency to damage the skin cells. Such kind of inflammation can also be a source of drooping necklines, plus they bring a host of some other skin conditions.

Now you may be asking if there are any safe face cleansers out there. Well, the ones that are safe are those that would not make things worse for you or those that are not counterproductive. Just know that not all companies are the same, and again people are different. It means even a very trusted product is liable to cause problems if not used properly.

Watch how you use face cleansers, because it really doesn't have to be extraneous or a costly affair. The safe way to cleanse your face is to use a little olive oil and warm water with face cloth. Just drop the olive oil into water and wet the cloth with it, then use this to rub your face.

It is wise to exfoliate your skin just once every month. Use oatmeal with/or sea salt to open the skin pores. Do this very sparingly once or twice a month only.

This oatmeal/sea salt combination works wonders as the face will begin to look great in just under two months.
