Take A Fun Friendly Date This Month Before Its To Late

By Jeff Taylor

How has internet dating become so enormously popular? Do you really need to ask? Consider the other ways to meet a mate. Well, there's arranged marriage... I don't think so. Do pick up lines in bars sound like an option? Besides, you can have a lot of thrills with bar dating. And maybe you're little older and bars just aren't for you.

Do you just not even try, biding your time until the right person just comes along to tame your heart? It could be a long wait. Few people have success with blind dates anymore. Some say that the best place to meet a date is in church. What happens with this? Do you try to silently fit in a conversation during the sermon without seeming rude to the preacher?

A lot of people think that work is a good place to meet people. Dating in the workplace is a BAD idea. If it doesn't work out, you will have to see that person every day for the rest of the time you work there.

All of these are excellent reasons to consider online dating, but there are others, too. To begin with, more people than you think are online. You have the world's most connected matchmaker at your disposable. Statistics tell us that 37 million people visit online dating sites every month. Thirty-seven million people! Plus, the software on dating sites handles everyone's data in such a way that you can seek out people who fit your preferences. For instance, if you only want to date tall people, you can specifically search by body type. If you don't like pets, you can pass by the ones with furry companions. If you want to meet somebody in Florida, search in Florida. With so many people utilizing online dating sites, you maximize your odds. In that 37 million person pool, even after you eliminate the half that is not the gender you seek, there has to be someone who would be a good fit for you.

And besides the mass of people swarming the dating scene online, keep in mind that they are all in it for the same reason you are - to date! That means 37 million plus saying in unison "I WANT TO MEET SOMEONE.
