1. For suppressing your appetite at mealtime, try black beans.

This legume has so many benefits. Get this: it has 25 grams of protein, 25 grams of fiber and absolutely NO FAT. Eating black beans will help you fulfill your protein quote but also leave you feeling full for longer.

There are plenty of recipes and ways to cook black beans, so there are no excuse. Grab a can and add it to your daily diet. You will be glad you did.

2. Apples make for great weight loss snacks

Apples are not only healthy because they are a fruit, but they help you not feel so thirsty due to their high water content. Apples are also high in fiber, as well as sugar. This is not the unhealthy refined sugar however; it is the natural sugars that will satisfy the need for your sweet tooth.

Apples have natural sugars; very different from the regular refunded sugar you would have in a candy bar. Natural sugars are beneficial as they are a necessary part of your diet. Eat 3 apples a day for best results, and you will see those results within 2 weeks.
